Check the percentage: Check the package for the concentration percentage of peroxide. Peroxide is peroxide! the higher the concentration the faster you will get whiter, however you will increase your chances for complications. With over the counter products stay with a percentage of peroxide between 10-12%, it will take a little longer, but you will decrease the chance of burning your gums or having sensitive tech.
