Not enough removed?: If done properly, the labia should be tighter without constriction but should not "dangle". Your description suggests that maybe more tissue needs to be removed or maybe a re-evaluaiton of the result by your surgeon.

Majora or minora: It is difficult to tell from your description. A labiaplasty typically remove most of the "dangling" labia. This leads me to believe that you may want more removed. This is an option. However, it is normal to have some dangling present and you should discuss the residual amount with your surgeon. If you are referring to the labia majora, they can be reduced as well.
