Facial scars: It completely depends on the scar. Some scars from surgery or injury may be improved by fractional laser treatments and/or bbl treatments for excess pigment. Acne scars can also be treated this way or with devices such as ematrix or through subcision. Sometimes wide, jagged, deep, or unsightly scars require scar revision (cut out scar & resew in more cosmetic fashion). See a plastic surgeon!
