Abscess.. it appears you have a periapical abscess. When you lie down the blood pressure in your head increases and you feel pressure or pulsation on the infected tooth. Please see a dentist ASAP to treat the tooth.

Could be an abscessed tooth. Have your Dentist evaluate. If pain is only in molar region, could be inflamed maxillary sinus, in which case would be advisable to see an ENT.
