Tooth Pain: Random pain, probably not.. there's usually a cause. Trauma from clenching or grinding may be the culprit based on your medical conditions. Talk to a local dentist who can examine you.

Root sensitivity?: Could be nothing. Could be something. Often, lower front teeth are susceptible to root sensitivity. Try using Sensodyne toothpaste. It might have been a one-and done event. if it returns, you need to have it checked out. It may be something else entirely that could need treatment.

Pain: There is a cause for your pain. It may be something simple such as biting on something too hard or something stuck between your teeth. It could be much more serious and need dental treatment. Good regular brushing and flossing is a good place to start. See a dentist if your pain reoccurs.
