Look at all the good: I am not a mental health professional and i suggest you seek the care of one in your area if you are depressed. But many times, when talking with my patients, we come to the conclusion that we are lucky to have our health and strength to get out of bed every morning to tackle our problems, since those problems (and then some) would still be there if we were sick in bed and unable to get up.
