Artificial tears: Usually caused by stress or dry eyes. Try artificial tears one drop 4 times a day. Could also be belpharospasm or hemi-facial spasm, you need to see ophthalmologist to evaluate and possibly treat with botox. Possibly could be the fit of your glasses or improper astigmatism or axis in the glasses.

Eyestrain: When you are not wearing your best correction, the muscles in the eye are stressed and can lead to twitching (myokimia) of the lids. Stress, fatigue and caffeine intake also contribute to the twitching.
