Eyestrain: make sure to take periodic "breaks from the screen and also get an eye exam.

Eye twitch: Computer eye strain is common. You MAY need glasses or it may be from fatigue. In any case, please see your eye doctor for an exam. Peace and good health.

Maybe : Computer use often is associated with prolonged staring at a monitor at an angle usually higher than the horizontal. This creates a more open eyelid that, together with decreased frequency of blinking, dries the ocular surface. This can trigger eyelid twitching.
