Alot: Any type of aerobic activity is good for weight loss. You have to also remember to monitor your weight and intake. Your metabolism can be tricky when you begin to workout and you have to supply your body with the proper nutrients to continue to burn calories or run risk of going into a storage mode. Swimming is very good as both aerobic and anaerobic activity.
