Impetigo?: Do you have nasal allergies? The rash under the nose comes from constant runny nose with skin reacting to that mucous ( contact allergic dermatitis) and the same getting secondarily infected (either by bacteria- impetigo or virus- hermetic vesicles). Treating the rash is simple. See your md to figure out if it is just allergic or secondary infection? Treat accordingly. But u need to treat allergy.
