What's for lunch?: Could be an allergic reaction. The vomiting, the rash could be part of an allergic reaction. Vomiting, coughing, difficulty breathing, feeling dizzy, are all part of anaphylaxis.

Many possibilities: I suggest you get these checked out. They could all be separate entities like eczema+headache+earache from clenching teeth, or you could have an infection that is giving you all of the findings together, such as a viral infection or scarlet fever. An exam of a rash and ear, etc. is better than a thousand guesses.
