You ? No.: Sorry, but surgery , even the most minor, is best left to the professionals. See your doctor, and have the area examined. It may not need to be removed , but under no circumstances should you try to remove it yourself. Good luck.

See a surgeon: A good start would be to see a surgeon. The surgeon can tell you the risks and benefits if removal as well as what you can expect after surgery.
