See below: Can increase the dose of ramipril or metoprolol further. You should also watch salt intake, increase physical activity, loose wt if overweight, use dash diet ( check on internet) and use moderation in alcohol use these may help with better control and fewer medication usage.

Take Buspar (buspirone) 7.5 mg 2x daily. 10 mg ramipril am, 12.5 mg metoperlol, 10 mg Lexapro at bedtime. Pulse rate slow 52 -59 bpm. Not athletic. Concerning?
