Doc increased metoperlol 12.5 1x daily to 2x daily 3 weeks ago. still upper bp range from 150-160 at times, what to do? taking ramipril 5 mg also.

See below: Can increase the dose of ramipril or metoprolol further. You should also watch salt intake, increase physical activity, loose wt if overweight, use dash diet ( check on internet) and use moderation in alcohol use these may help with better control and fewer medication usage.
