See your doctor: This is a problem that necessitates a face-to-face meeting with your doctor. This will allow him/her to examine you, ask specific questions. And possibly order tests to find out what's wrong and what to do to help you.

↓Blood Flow Cyanosis: What you have described is consistent with slowed blood flow. Because of this the blood is no longer red but maroon (pink vs. Blue as seen through the skin), called cyanosis. May be due to venous outflow obstruction, e.g. Clots or ↓ arterial: chronic: skin color usually pale/yellowish, (↓ blood); acute may be blue. Either possible basis for ↓ blood flow, tingling & then ↓ sensation. Emergency!
