?WHITE MATTER LESION: Am unclear if you are asking about MRI white matter spots, but if that is the case, perhaps there is a question of ms. But these spots could be due to other causes such as migraine, prior head trauma, medicine reactions, prior brain infections, etc. Ask more information from your physician.
