Genetic: Don't change your body type. Honestly. If you were genetically meant to be thin, then you will be thin. More than likely you were told erroneously that you were too thin. Adding weight will not help you much except increasing risk of heart disease and other illness.

Eat Healthy: Nutritionist can help calculate daily metabolic requirements. Increase calorie intake 300-500 kcal per dy w/ lean protein, complex carbs and essential fatty acids. If no results, see md for evaluation for metabolic (thyroid) or malabsorption disease processes that can hinder weight gain. Avoid diet high in simple sugars and saturated fats - it's unhealthy regardless of your goals.
