No sure: The diagnosis of cow's milk allergy is usually suggested by the history of allergic symptoms after ingesting milk or eating dairy products. To confirm a milk allergy either skin tests by an allergist or blood tests for ige to milk can be obtained. There is no need for a urine test to assess for food allergies.
