Unfortunately, no: Ocular (visual) migraines do not respond to typical migraine medication. If there is a particular stressor that is known to set off the migraines, you can try to avoid it, but this is difficult to do. If the visual migraines are followed by classic migraines, see your doctor to discuss migraine medication.
