Common problem.: Many people have difficulty swallowing pills. If this is a new problem for you or you are getting pills/food stuck when you swallow, see your doctor. Otherwise, ask your pharmacist for chewable vitamins. "gummy" vitamins are popular with kids and are widely available. Your pharmacist can help assure that you are taking adult equivalents. Many meds also come in liquid form. Good luck. Lgromkomd.
