Take a deep breath.: I'm not sure there's a test for this, so i assume your conversation with your doctor led to a personal discovery. First, if sexual behaviors with same-sex partner(s) lends concern about hiv/std risk, get tested. Use condoms to protect yourself and others. Ask your doctor or google lgbt resources to find a counselor to help you explore this realization further. Be clear with yourself; you'll be ok.

You're still a man!: There are thousands of ways to be a man, and as long as u behave responsibly toward others & practice the golden rule, they are all great. And be sure that you really know yourself before you accept a label that might not even be you. All guys r crazy about best buddies and their sports heroes. U may find happiness with men, women, both, or even without a relationship. Keep being brave & congrats.

Doctor visit: You don't have to do any thing. You are what you are and as long as you are comfortable with it you just take it easy .
