Doctor can evaluate: A primary care doctor can evaluate to see if there is a medical cause, if there is an overall increase in sweating. The doctor may recommend a trial of antiperspirant, testing it on just one area first. Different clothing fabrics or designs may help. A last resort may be moving to a very dry climate (maybe arizona?). Being attracted to the same sex is not related to the buttcrack sweat level.
