A member asked:

Wat is da treatment given for hypomenorrhoea?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

It depends...: Not all cases hypomenorrhea need to be treated. Some women like having light, short periods. If you aren't having periods every month, it may need to be treated with birth-control pills or cyclic progesterone pills. If you aren't ovulating and desire pregnancy, you need a medicine to help you ovulate. It really depends on the cause and your goals. In some women it is normal. Best wishes!
