Go the the ER: If these are your blood sugar and blood pressure values, you need emergent care. Have someone drive you to your local er right away.

Emergency!: This blood pressure level is associated with a high risk of hemorrhagic stroke....It is a hypertensive emergency. One should call 911; stay seated...Do not lie down. If Nitroglycerin is available, take it under the tongue. Do not take aspirin!
