Needs more eval: Loss of motor skills is always a eason for further evaluation. It could be something as simple as she doesn't like to be on her belly so doesn't turn over that way, to something moe serious like a developing muscle weakness. She may be getting heavier and just needs to get stronger to turn her weight over. Regardless, any time an infant has a skill and then loses it, needs to get checked out.

Very normal: She can see less of the world on her belly, so stays on her back to find out what is going on. Soon, it will occur to her that she can creep or crawl from one place to another on her belly, and then she will start to flip that way again. Keep giving her lots of floor time so she can practice the transitions.
