It is hard at times to deal this.A good doctor will ask the patient via an interpreter, if needed, what they expect and how they feel about what is going on with them. Get guidance: There are stresses that nobody can tolerate -- for example, living with someone who's abusive, or being trapped in a dead-end career situation. There are other stresses that are good -- Selye distinguished 'eustress' which motivates you to achieve. Time management is key, medication may help for a while, and your physician sees & helps many folks like you.

Exam and labs: I assume you mean rheumatoid arthritis and fibromyalgia? I am not clear for 'FM.' However, we can differentiate by physical exam and a few lab tests. I would recommend getting a thorough exam of your joints and muscles.
