Nope: No amount of stretching and jumping will help you to grow taller. Sorry, but as the other doctor says, it's almost entirely determined by genetics. Good nutrition can help, but only very slightly. How much did your brother grow after the age of 16? How about your father? You will probably have quite a growth spurt still, so don't despair.

No: Stretching, jumping, exercising, nutritional supplements nor dietary modifications will cause you to grow taller. Your tanner staging (puberty), bone age, general health, hormones, parent height are factors that determine your adult height. See peds endocrine dr for thorough evaluation-asap. You might be a candidate for growth hormone, but at 16, time is of the essence. Good luck.
