Comfort measures: I'm not sure how you can tell baby has ear pain. They can tug at their ears at that age with teething or just pressure. Without fever there is little reason to worry about a bacterial infection. I would just use comfort measures & monitor the situation. If she starts to run fever or changes her baseline play & sleep pattern it may be time for a visit.
