Too much moisture: You may be using too much moisture which is producing mucous, which in turn is excoriating the capillaries in your nose and causing your nose bleeds. Cancer is doubtful.

Not likely: CPAP often causes nosebleeds because of dry air, and trauma from the high pressures used by the machine to keep your airway open. This is common and usually easily dealt with. Cancer is not a likely cause.
