Peak flow meter: If you are breathing well without wheezing you will be able to concentrate less on your breathing. Your asthma should be under good control. You may benefit from a peak flow meter which can be used at home to determine how well you are breathing. If you score well on the meter then you can rest assured that you are in good shape and you can then concentrate on other matters.
