Try this: If you follow these directions, your constipation problems will be much improved or resolved. Get FIBER ONE cereal (an alternative is ALL BRAN). Eat 1 cup minimum per day. (that 28 grams of fiber). You can mix in any other cereal you like or any fruit you like to improve the flavor. Sugar or sweetener is also ok. It may take 3-4 days to work, but it you make this a daily routine, you'll be ok.
