A member asked:

I've taken guanfacine, clonidine and seroquel (quetiapine) for my tourettes to no avail. are there any other medications which are not anti psychotics ?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

Yes: It depends on which symptom you are treating. Tetrabenazine is also sometime effective for tics. For ocd/impulsiveness, the serotonergic antidepressants can be effective.
