Not conventional UDS: Quetiapine is not commonly checked in urine drug profiles. At times quetiapine can cause false positive results for narcotics like Methadone although this is rare. However, if you are surreptitiously taking quetiapine to either abuse it directly or to help you sleep after using substances of abuse then refraining from doing so would be important to protect your health.
