Ask for 2 inhalers: The best thing to do is to ask your provider for 2 inhalers, so that you can keep one at home and one with you. Otherwise, you should excuse yourself and get to your inhaler asap.

Bad siiituation: The best thing is to ask to be excused and go home to take your inhaler. If y our attack is not very severe, sometimes drinking a cup of strong regular tea may help, because the tea contains caffeine and theobromine, both of which help dilate the bronchi. Coffee offers some help too. The best thing is to have 2 inhalers or carry the one you have at all times and see your physician.
