Yes and no: It is positive but this does not mean in indicates you have a connective tissue disease. A positive blood test may or may not indicate the presence of a ctd. This test is a guide but what is false is that you don't have a problem associated with it. Also there have been some problems with the nucleolar pattern. It may be with the lab your insurance company requires your doctor to use.
