Medication changes: In my experience, some of the antidepressants that are newer can have minimal side effects. You may want to ask your doctor for a new one such as celexa, lexapro, (escitalopram) or pristique.... All medications affect each of us differently... So, it will be trial and error until you find the one that's best for you.

Many options: Discuss with your prescribing physician. Though any of the antidepressants can have sexual side effects, Prozac and Paxil (paroxetine) are most likely. There are other ssri such as Celexa which may be less and atypical antidepressants such as mirtazepine and many other potential options. It comes down to how each individual reacts and weighing out the risk vs benefit.
