~150 lbs : An easy way to calculate a woman's ideal body weight is to estimate 100 pounds for the first 5 feet of height. Then add five pounds for every inch above that. A 5 ft 10 in woman would have the ideal body weight of 150 lbs. If your body frame is larger, then add 10%, and if your body frame is smaller, then subtract 10%. This gives you a healthy weight range 135-165 lbs.
