Bradycardia: Diphtheria can cause myocarditis at the time of the illness. This in turn can cause bradycardia. However after all these years your bradycardia is probably due to some other cause. Consult your cardiologist.

Unsure: There is no way to be sure. Too many other things could also be implicated over 64 yrs.
