Apnea & bradycardia: Apnea and bradycardia may occur in newborns most commonly in premature newborns. This typically resolves by the time their adjusted age is full term. Patients may have apnea and bradycardia at one year of age, but the cause should be carefully investigated as this is not physiologic and represents a pathological condition.
