My eye is not oozing anything so i know that it's not pink eye. what could these symptoms similar to pink eye be?

Conjunctivitis: Can be bacterial, viral, allergic, chemical. Bacterial usually is one sided, has constant draining. Viral is more red with stringy mucus. Allergic is often itchy. Chemical is ore irritated and stingy.
