Possible gum disease: Gum pain may be early or secondary stages of gum disease. If you have bleeding and swelling, you should see your dentist for a complete examination to see how serious a problem you may have. After you see your dentist, a more definitive treatment program can be set up for you particular case.

Gum disease: Poor oral hygeine can lead to gum(periodontal) disease. Bleeding swelling pain can all be present. Seek a dentist for evaluation

Need more info: It could be a number of things. Without knowing the history of your chief complaint it is difficult to ascertain. You should seek dentist consult and have it looked at professionally.
