My tooth is loose! is there any way to tighten them?

Maybe: Adjusting your bite may help if the bite is causing the problem. If the tooth is slightly loose it can be splinted to the neighboring teeth. If you have a lot of bone loss around the tooth, it will probably need an extraction.

Possibly: Depends on the cause. See your dentist for a diagnosis and cause, and then options for treatment.

See your Dentist: The main question, why is a tooth in a 30 year old loose? Was it due to a traumatic injury? Do you have poor occlusion (bite) that puts too much stress on this tooth? Do you have moderate to severe periodontal disease (gum and bone loss) which is loss of support for the tooth? Only your dentist can determine this with a thorough examination and radiographs (x-rays).
