Got kicked in the balls. how do i stop this unbearable pain?

Pain meds +sitz bath: Then lie down on side with hips flexedslight risk of testicular rupture, to be suspected if kick was severe and pain persists. Can be diagnosed by scrotal ultrasound. Surgical repair would be indicated. May need strong pain medication like morphine or Dilaudid if unbearable pain continues. Ibuprofen 600 - 800 mg might help if pain now < unbearable.
