Get checked: It may be a simple yeast or fungus infection. However, you can get some other diseases, including cancer that can present like that. Also, you need to make sure you don't have an std. Sometimes you can get irritation from condoms or spermicide also. See your primary care doc, or a dermatologist.

Friction?: Are you wearing tight underwear or pants? If you do you may be causing undue friction which is irritating your skin.
