Sleeping: The minimum amount of sleep needed for each person to thrive is different for everyone. That being said - no one can go for very long if deprived of sleep and it can be hazardous to your health. If you are not sure if you are getting enough sleep, then listen to your body and make the changes necessary to get more continuous sleep.
