YES!: The symptoms you are reporting could be signs of preterm labor and you should seek medical evaluation. This is especially important given your history. While bleeding can be seen with abruption and some cases of preterm labor it does not occur in all cases of preterm labor. You should go be checked out at the hospital or with your doctor as soon as possible.
