What is the biggest difference in dose between 7.5 mg of deplin and 15mg. i feel better on 15 yet in someways feel very blah! what does this mean?

Twice as much!: Deplin is a form of folic acid (one of the B vitamins). 15 mg has twice as much as 7.5 mg. Get your blood level of folic acid checked so you only take as much as you need: no more & no less. If is always better to get folic acid from foods, unless you have a problem absorbing it, or are pregnant or other diseases or on other meds where additional folate is important. Too much/ may affect mood.
