Acne: Rosacea is a disease affecting middle aged adults . Infant acne will improve over time . If the condition is not getting better see a dermatologist for evaluation and treatment.

Never seen it: This is not a term I have ever seen applied to an infant. If the infant has an acne like breakout at 7 mo, it should be evaluated by a dermatologist, as hormonal androgenism may be involved and acne at this age can leave scars. If it is simple perioral dermatitis, aggravated by pacifiers and teething,a topical antibiotic and barrier use is indicated. Have the kid seen for proper treatment.
