See dermatologist: Other than metro gel which is considered the standby and traditional treatment there are a whole new set of medications which may help (oracea, finacea) as well as some off label techniques using botulinum toxin. Obvious avoidance of triggers is good to minimize flares. Rhinophyma component may require surgery.
