Almost always benign: Pr interval depends on many factors. Pr shortens at faster hrs. Some people have short pr intervals even at slower rates, so-called "lgl syndrome", completely benign. Rarely, a short pr can be due to an accessory pathway, also called wpw, but any physician should be able to take one look at the ECG and determine if that's the case or not. Even if it is, there's nothing to do if you're asymptomatic.
