I've been having pelvic pain, it's sudden sharp and a little crampy. it also has been in my abdomen area too. most when i have to use the restroom.

I'll bet that: Its a bladder infection but no promises, i would get checked out and treated.

Sounds GI: The generalized nature of pain in the upper and lower abdomen, and association wth using the bathroom makes a gastrointestinal cause sound most likely. Possibly an appendix problem or viral infection of the intestines. Could be the pelvic organs, but GI causes seem most likely.
